[pkg-fgfs-crew] Bug#659877: fgrun: German umlauts are broken

If you use fgrun in a German locale, all umlauts are broken, e.g.
"veröffentlicht" is displayed as "veröffentlicht". This looks so ugly
and wrong that this issue prevents me from installing fgrun in schools
here (Switzerland).
