[pkg-fgfs-crew] Bug#659877: fgrun: German umlauts are broken

Thanks for submitting a bug report.

I can reproduce this on my system by starting fgrun as below:
LANG=de_CH.UTF-8 LC_CTYPE=de_CH.UTF-8 fgrun

However while trying to reproduce this, I discovered a possible work
around, if I start fgrun as below:
LANG=de_CH LC_CTYPE=de_CH fgrun
I get the correct rendering. 

I don't know enough about the localisation to fix this myself, so I will
forward this report to upstream.
