[pkg-fgfs-crew] flightgear 3.4 packaging

Scott,

I've updated simgear and flightgear to a pre-release version before 3.4.
All changes by Rebecca are applied, but I still need to update
debian/copyright. And flightgear-data isn't ready, either.

However, as usual, simgear needs to go through NEW, so could you please
sponsor an upload of simgear? The git repo
(git://anonscm.debian.org/collab-maint/simgear.git) is up to date and
includes a pristine-tar commit of the snapshot used.
