Still no tags; it was stated this morning that they were dealing with a 
MacOS-only problem.

I have now tried the webgui (its server is built into FG: enable with 
--httpd=8080, point browser to http://localhost:8080/gui/ ): there is 
real functionality there, mostly a moving map.

By "ship them" I meant "in the binary package", from which they are 
currently absent only because webgui hasn't yet been added to the list 
in d/rules.

However, if you don't have time to add these items to d/missing-sources 
and d/copyright, I'd rather have 3.4 without the webgui than risk the 
freeze leaving Ubuntu on 3.0.
