webgui/index.html states: "You have landed at the secret webgui page.
This url will eventually open the web gui for FlightGear or a fancy
instructor station or ..."

Grepping for "webgui" yields no results, neither in the source of
simgear nor flightgear. However, flightgear-data itself features some
httpd-settings.xml, which refers to an internal httpd. That file in turn
isn't referenced from simgear/flightgear, neither.

So I currently tend towards providing a flightgear-data_3.4.0+dfsg
source tarball with the unused stuff stripped (we already have tzdata
and fonts-liberation duplicated in there).
