[pkg-fgfs-crew] Name of FlightGear's desktop file

At FlightGear upstream, we've had this bug report:

It suggests a renaming of FlightGear's desktop file. Looking at:

  https://specifications.freedesktop.org/desktop-entry-spec/latest/ar01s02.html

it seems to me that org.flightgear.FlightGear.desktop would be the right
name. Since FG has three, slightly different desktop files:

  ed9feb104777dcf8dda17cf6cf62ad50c313067c  package/flightgear.desktop
  49c1fed2425468ee1b331dfb2155b982fe2091e6  package/openSUSE/FlightGear.desktop
  d9952cd3a2c3c345afa76dca057600210938cc36  package/RedHat/flightgear.desktop

I would rename the three... I would prefer we only had one, of course,
but that's what we get when distro-specific packaging stuff gets
included upstream.

Do you see a problem with the proposed name?
