[pkg-firebird-general] DBD::InterBase license ?

May i suggest something like README.Drivers? We could then make it a  
little more generic and mention the already existing packages for PHP  
and Python. In addition i would add a section about Perl (IBPerl and  
DBD::InterBase) and maybe we can mention the Ruby effort to.

It will take a few days, but i think i can have a rough cut through  
the end of next week.

Why not making libiperl-perl (or libfirebird-perl?) official as a  
first step?
