[pkg-firebird-general] Lock Manager out of room => Not using NTPL Model

	In february I had a bug using the super server version ( see Lock
Manager Out of Room thread ). After digging in the firebird.log file and
consulting in the Firebird Yahoo Group mailinglist, Hellen Borrie and
Ann Harrison spotted the cause: the Super Server Debian package isn't
NTPL while the Debian 4.0 kernel is. This kind of mismatch creates
incompatibilities and potential bugs.
	I replaced the Firebird Super Server Debian whith the Firebird Classic
Server package and the problem dissaperared, as it was supposed to be.
	My question is: Why there isn't two threaded model packages for the
super server version as they are in the www.firebirdsql.org download
page ? At the time being and under this conditions installing super
server package on Debian 4.0 is risky.
