Konqueror started.

Changed the cookie settings to the defaults, which accepts all cookies as long 
as they are from the originating server.  Also automatically accepts session 
cookies, which is redundant in this case because nothing is being rejected.

Go to youtube.  First video displays error.

These steps do work with iceweasel.  So the problem is somehow related to 
Konqueror.
