Good. Until konqueror issue is solved, you could use other browsers that
support NPAPI plugin (iceweasel, epiphany, galeon, chromium, ...).

Regarding konqueror, we need to investigate further.
I've never used konqueror and as far as I can see there are 2 ways:
a) mozilla-plugin-gnash (now browser-plugin-gnash) + konqueror-nsplugins
that makes konqueror work with NPAPI plugin like mozilla-plugin-gnash.
b) konqueror-plugin-gnash based on kparts.

I've tried both and in both cases it doesn't work:
(a) gave me a crash "nspluginviewer closed unexpectly"
(b) considers youtube movies as AVM2 clips so it can't play them.

You could try both too but I don't expect better results.
