If there are copyright issues they affect its distribution on=20
freeciv.org as well.  Freeciv.org doesn't officially have as "Free" a=20
policy as Debian, but we usually only distribute GPL stuff.

The person to ask about this is Per.  He's often on #freeciv or=20
#freeciv-dev, Norwegian time.
