Ah, I thought you meant something like a web service :) FWIW, I think
it could be doable with a canned query to either Lingvo or DBpedia,
but I'd have to test it.

Also, be aware that it updates from time to time - I think twice per
year? - but the updates should be fairly easily predictable.
