These are part of a big overhaul-plan to change the freedict packaging.
That plan is stalled, due to lack of time/interest of me and Kęstutis.
And, IIRC, there was also some blocking technical issue which kept us
from going through.

Anyway, are these packages still useful or should I get them removed from
experimental?
