[debian-freedict] status of freedict-tools, swa-eng, kur-tur, kur-eng and kur-deu in Debian/experimental

This one and the other way around has been renamed upstream, reworked and
recently reimported. So they should be removed, AFAIK.

Can qyou recall what was different there? I have re-imported those from upstream
as well.

What exactly was the plan? I reworked the whole infrastructure and I of course
don't want to throw away my infrastructure ;-). But it would be interesting to me
what your ideas were.
