[pkg-fso-maint] milestone4 and Debian

hmm. I don’t get their versioning scheme. 0.2.0 was something the
version of a certain module that I had once mistaken for the version of
frameworkd. The proper place to put a version number (setup.py) has not
yet been updated since milestone2. Now Mickey says that there will be a
version 0.9 – can someone shed some light into this confusion?
