[pkg-fso-maint] milestone4 and Debian

Hi Joachim,

to be honest, I didn't think of setup.py. I have always said though that there 
will be milestone releases until we reach 0.9, from then we will release 
versioned.

To be able to upgrade packages, I have always increasen the frameworkd version 
in OE though, so you should have seen packages with increasing version number 
starting from 0.2 until 0.8.4.3 (which is the version number our milestone4 
packages have).

Hope that clarifies it.
