Actually, this can be solved by adding install-info in the
CDEBOOTSTRAP_EXTRA_PACKAGES in install.sh.

I think there's indeed a bug in cdebootstrap, so I filed #542955.

May I suggest to apply the following patch, until a proper fix is found,
then ?
