[pkg-fso-maint] Adding cellhunter_0.3.1-1_armel.deb to debian repository?

Hi,

i am the maintainer of the cellhunter package on freeyourphone.de. If
there no reason, why cellhunter can join your repository then add it.

The license of the source is GPLv3, but my control file is not perfect
yet.

What can i do for the package and for the upload into the repository?
Note, this is my first own debian package.
