they are all ok.

I made a short logfile from my home and uploaded it (no data was
available in my region, yet) and afterwards the website's map knew of
9 cells available @ my home :).

as I said the current package works fine, otherwise I wouldn't have
uploaded it to pkg-fso ;)
P.S.: I think there is some false data for 262-1 (Germany,
T-Mobile):

It seems very unlikely to me, that there is a German cell in
India...
