Great. Then would you mind trying a build and play (no upload please) 
with this version (git commit 7fed1c2b8c9d13effb76df4e2cc0b1e0378482ef, 
well the last one at the time of writing).

Let me know if anything is wrong. If not, you should have your stable 
soon ;-)

We have imported oci data in our database. And we try to set up a 
trusted/untrusted evaluation of the GSM cell position given. Because we 
have a lot of data which are non sense in the oci database, it is 
difficult to delete every bad measure.

Nevertheless the plan is to replace oci data by obm one, when we receive 
data for a cell.
