[pkg-fso-maint] Bug#532369: tangogps: .desktop file does not include a Main Category

Hello,

while it claims the contrary, tangogps.desktop does not comply to the
last freedesktop.org Desktop Menu Specification v1.0:

This because the Category field does not include a Main Category, thus
TangoGPS does not show up on a menu based on Main Categories only, like
the E17 one:

I quickly checked other GPS software:

       Navit Categories=GTK;Utility;Geography;
      Viking Categories=Education;Science;Geography;GTK;
    GpsDrive Categories=Graphics;Network;Geography;

  Merkaartor Categories=Education;Science;Geography;Network;Graphics;Qt;
