I just filed bug #532369 against TangoGPS, since its .desktop file does
not comply to the freedesktop.org Desktop Menu Specification:

  http://bugs.debian.org/532369

The two bugs are related, that is why I added the block:

- the two menus (Debian and freedesktop.org) must resemble each other as
  much as possible

- as Timo suggested, similar software should belong to the same category
