[pkg-fso-maint] Slowly uploading to main: independent packages

it would be nice to upload on amd64 if one doesn’t have an armel machine
or binary around, otherwise I’d say arm-only. So it should either be
"Arch: armel" or "Arch: i386 amd64 armel".
What happens when you upload an amd64 build of a package with "Arch:
armel"? Will it even build? Will probably be rejected by dak.
