[pkg-fso-maint] Upload to unstable?

Hi

I think it is a good idea to upload e17 stack to unstable once current NEW
processing gets finished.

Later, experimental may be used to upload new versions that break
compatibility, while older version will be kept installable from unstable.
So packages depending on e17 components will be installable at any moment,
at least in older version.

Keeping everything in experimental leads to long "windows" when things are
uninstallable, which is not good.
