[pkg-fso-maint] consider removing zhone from install.sh?

I also think it is already too complex. The three mentioned packages are not
necessary for a minimal installation or e17 or other environments.
I manually delete them from install.sh each installation, which is fine for
now but not very comfortable.
Anyway, it just came into my mind when I read "choice of dialer application".
