I see no reason to make a new upload just to fix this license thing.

Seems like frameworkd package is seriously outdated compared to upstream,
and that does cause complains [1] [2]. Also I guess this stops us from
packaging tasty things such as litephone or PISI.

If you know enough about frameworkd, and have time and will to prepare a
more up-to-date package(s) and then fix whatever bugs will be reported, it
would be excellent if you go forward on that :).
