[pkg-fso-maint] fso: state of packaging?

I think it’s a combination of lack of manpower and of communication. I
can only speak for myself, but I can not devote a lot of time to pkg-fso
at the moment, thus I lost the overlook a bit and don’t know where
things are stuck at the moment. I think Nikita was reviewing Heiko’s
packages, but I’m not sure what the state of that is.
