[pkg-fso-maint] fso: state of packaging?

Thanks to Nikita fso-usaged and its dependencies is in main and build on 
armel.

If you have a bit of time you could review the changes I did to frameworkd 
(mmind-master and mmind-debian branches in the framework-git) as I'm not quite 
comfortable with breaking the framework alone :-)
