I have updated abyss to not ship the empty usr/bin-directory.

from what I have seen in my /usr/share/dbus-1/system-services-directory most 
services are in /usr/lib/pkgname/prog or /usr/sbin/prog.
So I think your right [as usual :-) ].

But as I don't know if anything will break between the new libs and fsousaged 
(for me it worked at last) would it be possible to upload fso-usaged as it is 
for now? 

I will need to touch fso-usaged and libfso-glib again, to resolve #547204 but 
am still in communication with upstream about solutions. So the move to 
/usr/sbin could also happen then.
