[pkg-fso-maint] Open fso bug reports

I'm currently trying to process all bugs that are not assigned to a
valid package.  What's the status of all these fso bugs?  I thought
those fso packages would enter Debian "RSN" but it seems this still
hasn't happened.

Do you think it will happen soon?  If not, do you think you can track
your bugs somewhere else?

The BTS is really not meant for bugs for external packages and what
you said would be a temporary thing has become a permanent one.
