the uploaded libs contain the new device-based config selection. As it seems 
the fso-guys seems to search for openmoko_gta as hardware where at least in 
kernel 2.6.29 GTA02 is the hardware. Try to copy the openmoko_gta dir to GTA02 
and fsousaged should use the correct config.

Updated fso-usaged package will follow shortly.
