[pkg-fso-maint] [debian] usb networking dead after upgrade

ok, next step:
usb networking is lost once fso starts.
fsousaged logs the following and disappears:

i guess that "disabling all resources" is the culprit, though i still
don't understand why it does that.
the package fso-usaged contains two files
fsousaged.conf
which differ and none of which lives at the place it is supposed to be
(afaik).
