The patch fix the problem that drbd0.7-utils was in two places at same
time: suggests and recomends.
I leave it just on suggests because drbd0.7-utils is a plus for
ganeti. The system works pretty good without it, but you cant have
high availability.

The os search path, was configured to be transparent for the users, so
it uses almost all dir that someone can use to put the os scripts...
we can reduce it to the two you propose, and print one message after
package instalation telling that the user must put customized os
scripts under the directory /usr/local/lib/ganeti/os.
