    backward compatibility for preset-passphrase and protect-tool
    
    debian jessie shipped these two utilities in /usr/lib/gnupg2/
    
    We're shipping them in /usr/lib/gnupg/ now, but we might want to
    provide backward compatibility at least for jessie+1 (stretch).
    
    It would be good to search the rest of the archive for /usr/lib/gnupg2
    and clean them all up, though, so we can drop this.
