[Pkg-graphite-maint] logster updates

Hi again,

I also did some improvements to the logster package.

You can find all changes in the git repo:

A depdiff is attached. And the current state of the package is also
uploaded to mentors.d.n
https://mentors.debian.net/package/logster

What do you think? Are these change worse the effort of building a new
debian release of it? Would be someone of you willing to do the
sponsoring again?
