I did a quick review.

Some notes:
- from build log "Ran 0 tests in 0.000s"
=> it would be good to enable tests. At least using dep8

- from build log "I: dh_python2 pydist:181: Cannot find installed
package that provides whisper. Using python-whisper as package name.
Please add "whisper correct_package_name" line to
debian/py3dist-overrides to override it IF this is incorrect."
=> maybe a buildep on python-whisper?

Those comments don't prevent an upload, but I will wait for Jonas
review first (within ~ one week because the freeze is approaching).
