elisa-plugins-good_0.3.5-2.2_amd64.changes is NEW

I am sorry to have to say that elisa-plugins-good has been removed from
unstable[1] and testing.  The removal request seem to have happend in
parallel with the NMU which has led to this arrival in NEW.
Therefore, this package should not pass NEW and reach unstable
again.

I am sorry if this unfortunate timing has lead to a lot of
work!
