Oh, oops, I didn't notice that; yeah, it was a Murphy-backed bad
timing. Thanks for noticing. (Next time, maybe you should drop a notice
of the removal to the RC bug logs or, better, close them; but don't
worry, it was not a big deal at all).

I doubt that this is needed but, as the actual upload, I confirm that
the package should no pass through NEW.
