with a fresh debian 7, following the instructions for 1.5-stable on
haproxy.debian.org, I get an error message.

# apt-get install haproxy -t wheezy-backports-sloppy

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
haproxy : Depends: init-system-helpers (>= 1.18~) but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Installing haproxy from backports (not -sloppy) works fine, and then
an "upgrade" to -sloppy then works.

It'd be great if the instructions on the site could be updated to fix
the dependency issue.
