Sure, sounds like a good idea and something most users would probably 
want (and some would do themselves anyway). The only thing we should 
keep in mind is that OpenSSL 1.0.2 in bpo currently uses the 1.0.0 API 
and thus replaces the libssl1.0.0 package in Jessie. What this basically 
means is that anybody using our HAProxy from jessie-bpo will have their 
OpenSSL bumped to 1.0.2 system-wide. Personally I'm fine with that :)
