I'll try to add "why" explanations to my existing explanations.

I can't find any "edit this page" link there. It says "immutable
page", which suggests it cannot be edited at all. Missing from that
page are:

 - Lionel: requires distributed system with decent branching and
           merging support, which excludes subversion.

 - Ola: Prefers GNU Arch because of its better branching support.
