[pkg-horde] Horde3 woes.

I do not think horde have that kind of script. However you could install
mysqladmin to do that kind of things. It would be nice though, but
I do not think such a thing exists.

Have you restarted apache after installing it?

Do not know. I have not tested php5 myself.
