Oh, yes: check-dfsg is probably not the right term, these tools ARE
dfsg! "check-external" ?

The idea is to share code. As tinymce2, fckeditor, scriptaculous,
prototypeJS are packaged in debian (and xinha is coming ...), this
reduce code duplication. This is requested by the security team.

Also, as the 'debian/copyright' refers to the source package, the
mentioned libs should be removed from source also.

This is a Kolab+debian specific patch, as discussed in
https://www.intevation.de/roundup/kolab/issue2725. Without this,
freebusy doesn't work for kolab. This patch doesn't affect non-kolab
stuff.
