[pkg-horde] Feedback about recent horde packaging

Hello,

As you have probably noticed, I have uploaded new versions of horde
apps (namely ansel1, dimp1, horde3, imp4, ingo1, kronolith2, mnemo2,
nag2, sork-passwd-h3, turba2). This was with some pain but now should
be ok (See below).

Remaining apps:
- gollem, sork-forwards-h3, sork-vacation-h3 (Note that those two will
be merged in ingo for Horde4). I probably won't work on those now.
- some apps have not yet been packaged (see
http://www.horde.org/projects.php and
http://wiki.horde.org/ReleaseManagement including dimp, trean, whups,
hermes, klutz). We should focus on improving apps that are already in
the archive, but any contribution is welcome.
- horde-sam should probably removed as Spam filter rule is in Ingo 1.2
(what do you think?)
- chora2 is already up to date.

I had some problems using git, and need some light ;)

First, when reverting a patch in the upstream+patches branch, it still
appears when running debian/rules refresh-patches.

Example with turba:

#./debian/rules refresh-patches
refreshing debian/patches:
0001-When-using-Kolab-other-sources-are-removed.patch
0002-Import-new-upstream-sources.patch
0003-Revert-When-using-Kolab-other-sources-are-removed.patch
.
#git diff --summary upstream..upstream+patches
(empty)

How to clean this? (And why Import-new-upstream-sources is here?)

Second, how to revert dimp1 to a "no upstream+repack branch"?

Last but not least: Greg, thanks for your doc
