Trying to create a new task on any task list either with horde admin
or with a normal non-administrative user.
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
Fill task name and/or other without any different output.
   * What was the outcome of this action?
Browser output:
Not Found
The requested URL /horde/nag/t/save was not found on this server
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
Task created

More information:
* Webserver is apache2
* apache2 mod rewrite is enabled (rewrite.load) (Not enable by default
on package install)
* DB: postgresql
