[Pkg-hpijs-devel] Bug#454117: hpijs: depends on hplip

Hi,

since the latest version, hpijs depends on hplip, which brings a new
daemon in the system, plus the configuration interface that is
recommended.

Since foomatic-filters-ppds depends on hpijs-ppds, please stop this
madness. The only printing daemon on the system should be cupsd, and it
shouldn't install another daemon which is useful for a very small
minority of users.
