The following files:

/var/lib/apt/lists/security.debian.org_dists_testing_updates_contrib_binary-amd64_Packages
/var/lib/apt/lists/security.debian.org_dists_testing_updates_non-free_binary-amd64_Packages

That also cause the assertion problem have size 0
