Is there any progress on getting the SCIM KMFL keyboard packages sponsored?

Once these are accepted then language specific packages like
kmfl-keyboards-mywin could move forward.

There are potentially lots of keyboards that were originally written for
Keyman on windows which could be packaged to work in SCIM if the KMFL
packages were accepted.

mywin is a Burmese keyboard for Unicode 5.1 using a layout close to the
traditional win font or type writer layout. It has full support for the
reordering required to get the correct Myanmar encoding sequence. If
scim-kmfl gets sponsored, then I'll update the kmfl-keyboards-mywin
package with the latest version.

I think there is a place for both romanized and typewriter based input
methods for Burmese Unicode. For those who can already type Burmese with
legacy fonts, a typewriter layout is quick to learn, while I accept a
romanized layout like scim-waitzar may be better for others.

Keith
