[Pkg-ime-devel] Bug#746969: ibus-pinyin depends on Gobject Introspection

I add ibus-python to the package dependency of this ibus-pinyin package
based on the bag report to the upstream 1.5.4 source.

Problem is now upstream uses 

from gi.repository import GLib
from gi.repository import Gtk
from gi.repository import IBus
from xdg import BaseDirectory

instead of old way of bindings based on ibus-python etc.

So the package dependency needs to be updated.
