Doing a quick check raises two issues:

Make sure the package is lintian-clean. Especially, the
"inspircd-dbg: debug-file-with-no-debug-symbols" don't look good (but
might be an error).

The inspircd source package contains RFCs. They are usually considered
non-free and should possibly be stripped from the source tarball.
debian/copyright suggests this had happened in earlier releases. I'm
not sure whether the ones here (1035,1413,1459) also are affected, in
case of doubt ask debian-legal.
